Jaloo UK uses SSL encryption and secure payment technology provided by HiPay, allowing you to complete your purchase securely without being redirected to an external payment platform.

The transaction will appear on your credit card statement as “Black Sequoia SAS” and will not reference Jaloo.uk. Your payment details are encrypted and securely processed by HiPay. They are not accessed or stored by our company.

3D Secure Verification

Depending on your bank and card issuer, you may be asked to complete an additional 3D Secure verification step when placing your order. This security check confirms your identity and helps verify that you are the cardholder.

You may receive a verification code by SMS, email, or through your banking app. This additional step helps protect your payment and prevent unauthorised use of your card.
